I am very fortunate to have a career that allows me to fulfill my lifelong passion for helping others. I get this privilege each time I help an Advisor or team move to a better broker-dealer or RIA. When someone has been at the same firm for many years, there may be a reluctance to change. However, I find it very rewarding when I can help them find a much better match for their practice.
As a fully independent, unbiased, and transparent partner I give my clients clear guidance on the best fit for them, instead of leading to a firm that is the best fit for me. Since starting my career in this industry, I have had the privilege of working with many of the largest teams to make a transition.
I reduce the time you need to dedicate to a search by removing noise and clutter. It is a daunting and time-consuming task to find a new broker-dealer, and when meeting with firms directly they will all try to convince you why they are the best. I will learn about your practice and your wish list first, then use our experience and network to give you a strong recommendation on the right broker-dealer to look at.
I was lucky to enter the industry under the wing of a lifelong friend and partner who had over 20 years of experience inside the best broker-dealers, and he taught me quickly how to be the best advocate for our partners. We stand by your side from the first call until your transition is complete.
I moved into the financial advisor recruiting & consulting industry with 20+ prior years of experience in sales, sales management, operations, and scaling new businesses. For 16 of those years, I was a leader in the education space working with some of the most respected technology-first schools and organizations in the country. My colorful career in leadership has taken me to Kansas City, San Diego, Los Angeles, Denver, and Tampa Florida.
Our corporate office is in Tampa, Florida, and makes initial contact with you, the advisor. We conduct early discussions to determine which broker-dealer (or RIA) is worth looking at and in most cases, we only recommend a single firm. Again, we remove the noise and clutter. We then partner with you and stay at your side through initial conversations, offer review, tech demos, transition conversations, and until you are happily seated with your new broker-dealer or RIA.
My team is in the office, works collaboratively, and is very effective. We love what we do and get pleasure from putting Advisors into better situations. There is nothing more rewarding than hearing from a former client how happy they are making more money, enjoying the freedom of independence, and in many cases having the time to spend with their families.
I hold an MBA with a specialization in Global Management from the University of Arizona. When I am not at my desk you can find me on the golf course, travelling, or chasing around my young son Tucker.
